The 2023 Construction Climate in Thunder Bay

There are many good construction projects happening in Thunder Bay this season.
Magnus Theatre will be will be undergoing some major improvements including a new 125-seat Studio Theatre, expansion of the Production Shop, renovations to the Bar and Lounge, and building improvements, all while maintaining the Heritage features of the landmark Central School building.
Some other projects underway in Thunder Bay are:
* the addition at Gore Motors Honda
* new KIA dealership building
